Big player in the game. Makes and supplies a ton of product (goods) to the streets (U.S. market). Runs tight, efficient, profit-first operations.

New power trying to shake up the game. Doesn’t like how Stringer been running things. Wants more control and respect. Starts taxing every package Stringer tries to move through his corners.

The Tariffs = “Tax on the Pack”
Marlo says, “If you gon’ sell on my corners, you gotta pay a fee.” So now every time China tries to sell goods to the U.S., they get taxed. This makes the product more expensive for U.S. consumers.

American Businesses = Bodie
Caught in the middle. They gotta deal with the fallout. Product costs go up, profit margins shrink, and they start questioning who they really work for. Bodie just trying to survive while the bosses beef.

Consumers = Bubbles
Just trying to get by. Prices going up. They ain’t in the game but feel every consequence. Now they paying more for TVs, cars, and damn near everything else.

Both Reese and Clark were known HS Prospects.

Reese got off to shaky start at Maryland while Clark was Freshman of the year but both were still a bit under radar.

Everything changed Junior year.

Reese goes to LSU and Bayou Barbie starts to pick up. Over at Iowa people started to notice this Clark young lady who plays like Steph Curry.

The tournament everything blows up. CC hits the girl with “you can’t see me” and starts to go national. Meanwhile LSU getting love from Shaq and Lil Wayne.

CC beats the undefeated SC and now we are cooking. Polar opposites in champ game. LSU and Iowa.

Reese hits CC with the you can’t see me ring dance and now we have crossed over to national hot take news. MAGA is involved. Presidents involved. Joe buddens involved.

Over the summer both become household names just with different audiences.

Senior year comes and the media is all in on CC. I mean all in. She’s breaking all type of records on and off the court. Media darling.

LSU getting bad part of media. They are the bad guys. Reese misses a couple of games. Their coach mad at the world.

All the while ratings skyrocketing.

Rematch happens in tourney and CC gets some revenge.

CC can’t beat SC again but tv rating is insane.

CC now seen as wnba savior. But there is a strong contention of viewing audience that relate better to Reese than CC.

So here we are today two young ladies that will be forever intertwined whether they like it or not.

They both would have been fine if they never ran across each other. CC was already superstar. Reese’s game and personality always was going to carry well. She’s an “it” girl. Can’t teach that. But just there is a reason peanut butter works better with Jelly.

In wrestling terms they are The Rock and HHH.
