Agendé la visita para hoy de 2 a 9 pm.

A las 4:40 me habló el técnico que llegaba en 20 minutos. Nunca llegó. Le llamé, no contestaba.

Contacté con soporte como a las 7 pm. Y no ayudaron en nada. Solo me dijeron que aún estaba en horario. 1/2

Luego de esa llamada, el estatus de la visita se regresó a "buscando el técnico". Y hasta las 9 no hubo técnicos.

Contacté a soporte desde las 8:40 y no me contestaron hasta las 9:30. Y hasta las 9:40 me asignaron otro técnico, fuera del horario de atención. 2/3
