@vueling The complaint has already been submitted and reviewed. Result: rejection. Almost 9 days without luggage after an international trip. Expenses covered by me. Denied because delivery was at my home, something not stated in the Montreal Convention.
@vueling La respuesta obtenida después de responder al último email es que mi caso ya fue revisado y ha sido rechazado. Casi 9 días sin mi equipaje tras viaje internacional. Gastos asumidos. Denegado por que la entrega fue en ‘mi domicilio’, algo que no recoge el Convenio de Montreal.
