Our rights for cancelled flights clearly stating what we must be provided with no matter what caused the cancellation. Only 8 people out a whole flight got some of these rights @FlyLoganair @jonathanhinkles @theSNP

Well done @bt_uk!!! In trying to connect my Auntie’s neighbour’s phone line, you cut off my Auntie’s phone and broadband, then tried to charge her £200 for it! And it’s still not fixed. Let me know who I can contact about this.

So @bt_uk promised to phone my Auntie back first thing today and she has heard nothing. And it was £370 they are trying to charge her for THEM cutting her off! Ridiculous. How do they think they can leave someone with no phone or broadband in snowy weather. Fix this BT!
