I typically love the convenience of @SouthwestAir out of BWI. But today...I was told my flight was "on time" and yet 2 and half hours after boarding, I am still sitting on the plane. Please just tell me about the delay before I have to sit on the plane with no where to go or do.

I get it...it's a snow day. But @southwest my flight was to depart at 10:55 and I get a text message at 11:20 telling me my flight would leave at 11:25. Then two more texts continuing to tell me my flight was further delayed. And I'm still sitting here awaiting departure.
