@DonnaPrissyrn1 K-12 will be less of an issue to overcome with ending the dep of ed other than an increase in property taxes …the larger issue would be federal funding for higher education…Trump hasn’t specified his plan for HEA..30-40% of college students use federal loans

A retaliatory Tariff is intended to hurt American businesses

@ReeseClarett13 All respect but I don’t think theirs one coach in the country that would take this roster and lose more than 3 games …by default winning 9-10 games is expected bare minimum …beating UM, winning bowl games and ultimately NC is what separates the coach from OSU vs Akron’s

Also Gene Smith one of the few AA ADs retiring . Johnson, Alford & Hartline are/were the most important coaches on staff and only one has “called” plays . Can’t think of any other reason he would leave other than better future opportunities. It’s a lateral move from the surface

I’m not sure if Alford wants a coordinator/HC pos but OSU hasn’t had an AA HC or AA Coordinator I don’t think ever. To hire Hartline & now Chip when he (TA) has had more credibility within the program/state may be the reason. UM has shown they will make that move.
