Dear Americans.
Dear brothers and sisters in arms.

When US was attacked in september 11 2001, Denmark did not hesitate to help.
People from all over the Kingdom of Denmark joined the forces to fight againts the enemy.

Soldiers from the Kingdom of Denmark and the US as allies stood side by side to fight the enemy.

I am a soldier born in Greenland serving in the Danish Defense and therefore I am a soldier of the Kingdom of Denmark.
I have a duty to protect it and our allies.
I have a duty to stand side by side with NATO to protect my brothers and sisters in arms.

I stood side by side with my brothers and sisters in arms from the US, from Europe, from NATO in Afghanistan to fight with you after what happened in the US 9/11.

If the US president decides to let the military to go invade Greenland,
You are attacking me and my family.
You are doing blue on blue to all of NATO members.
You are attacking the Kingdom of Denmark.
You are attacking the brothers and sisters who stood side by side with you when you were attacked.

Dear people of the US,
If you really are going to do what the president tells he plans,
Then let this be my last letter to my brothers and sisters in arms from the US.
