Disappointing news, but arguably news that will come as no great surprise to some on Leeside. The Quays Shopping Centre was purchased for 17m two years ago by one Tom Coughlan. Now in administration.

ℹ️ Supporter information
The club wishes to make supporters aware of a new queueing system which will be in place outside Turner’s Cross Stadium, effective from tomorrow evening.
Following feedback from a number of parties, the club have held discussions with Gardaí and other stakeholders, and we have been requested to amend the queueing system outside the Curragh Road Turnstiles to facilitate pedestrians not attending the match, and avoid queues spilling out to the edge of the road, for safety reasons.
A barrier system will be set up in front of the turnstiles and for approximately 10 metres either side. The primary set of barriers will be in place to allow supporters to queue for the turnstiles, with a secondary set of barriers in place outside them in order to allow pedestrians to pass by safely. These barriers will be staffed by security. Supporters are therefore asked to queue up either from the Kinsale Road side or from the Turner’s Cross side of the turnstiles, and not to approach the turnstiles from the roadway directly in front of the stadium.
We have also been asked to remind supporters of the need to adhere to ground regulations, in particular the need to keep any access ways (yellow steps) free. If any area of the stadium reaches capacity, this section will then be closed off to prevent more supporters accessing it and standing in such areas.
