Hemphill was LITERALLY the first person throught the barricades. She misled Capitol police, claiming to be an elderly woman recovering from surgery WITH NO BOOBS 🙄, while she was obviously fine because IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT she incited others to break the police barricade.
