[🟢] NEW: Djylian N’Guessan is undergoing a medical in London after Liverpool agreed to pay €7.5m to buy out the final year of his Saint-Étienne contract.

The deal is not yet finalised, with Liverpool needing to find him a Ligue 1 loan until 2027 due to their international loan quota.

N’Guessan needs top-flight football to earn the points required for a UK work permit. Liverpool see similar development potential to Hugo Ekitike.
