What a shame. Children and teachers are being kidnapped, innocent people are being killed every day, families are being torn apart, and entire communities are living in fear. Parents go to bed not knowing whether their children will return safely from school, while many victims are forced to endure unimaginable pain and suffering in the hands of bandits. Yet your father seems more focused on borrowing money than addressing the country's worsening insecurity. After four years of incompetence and failure, thousands of innocent lives have been lost to bandits. Countless families have been left grieving, many have lost their breadwinners, and survivors are struggling with trauma, poverty, and hopelessness. People are angry because they feel abandoned by those entrusted with protecting them. Meanwhile, the so called President and Commander in Chief appears more concerned with accumulating debt than solving the problems affecting ordinary citizens. The frustration grows every day as people watch the situation deteriorate while promises continue to replace meaningful action.
Now you come out to tell us that your father is leading the country in the right direction. Exactly what direction is that? A direction where insecurity continues to spread, lives are lost daily, businesses are destroyed, and citizens are forced to live in constant fear? A direction where communities are displaced, farmers cannot safely work their land, and families struggle to survive because of the ongoing violence? Must everyone in the country be affected before decisive action is taken? People are angry because the pain is real, the losses are real, and the consequences of poor leadership are being felt in homes across the nation.
Telling people to stop criticizing your father and simply go to work is an irresponsible statement. Citizens have every right to demand accountability from their leaders, especially when they are suffering the consequences of insecurity, economic hardship, and government failure. Instead of dismissing legitimate concerns, acknowledge the anger and pain that many people are experiencing. Tell your father to address the insecurity, improve governance, protect lives, and take responsibility for the state of the nation. Leadership is not about avoiding criticism, it is about responding to the needs of the people. If he cannot effectively lead and provide solutions to these urgent problems, then he should consider stepping aside for someone who can. ANOTHER FOUR YEARS MY A$$
