#SniperSaturday Happy 65th birthday Mike Blaisdell! In his final season of junior hockey, Mike had 71 goals (2nd in the WHL to Regina Pats teammate Doug Wickenheiser) in 1979/80 (63 GP). He then added a playoff-leading 16 goals in 18 games as the Pats won the Ed Chynoweth Cup

As a kid growing up in Caron, William "Rover" Forsyth liked to roam the countryside for miles which earned him his nickname. He became the second Sask athlete to compete at the Olympics, running the marathon days after Alex Decoteau became the first at the 1912 Olympic Games.
