I need #gotogate to sort out our refund - the flight was cancelled in July and they haven’t actually approached @VirginAtlantic to start the refund process!! Unbelievable!!! @MartinSLewis

@WhichUK Booked @VirginAtlantic flights through #gotogate in March. September flights cancelled in July, and have been waiting for over 120 days for a refund. No longer receive updates from #gotogate @ABTAtravel and unable to contact. Absolutely ridiculous!!
