@BakedByOpy nobody will ever tell me to support black business, I will go anywhere I will get service be it green or purple people. This entire experience left us humiliated, embarrassed, disrespected becs there was no longer anyone when the cake arrived. A birthday with no cake!

The owner of @BakedByOpy never spoke to me to explain why this was happening only to tell me they will deliver the cake at 14:45pm which never happened then I was told 15:00pm only for the half covered cake to arrive at 16:10pm in an uber during covid time.
