So was the raid by the police on Brian Tamaki’s house to confiscate his hunting rifles politically motivated or not?
Having known Brian and Hannah for over 40 years, being one of the closer people to him outside of Destiny, having regarding them as good friends over the years, I can say Brian is not a threat physically to anyone!
Like me, Brian got saved from a heathen past, felt the call of God, became a preacher of the Gospel, and began building a great church, helping many people in their marriages, finances, health etc! Getting more people off drugs and alcohol than any government program! Contrary to all the wicked media reports, talk about false and misinformation - I have personally called the media out at times about it!
Like me, Brian was never that interested in politics, that was until Helen Clark got involved with the affairs of the church - morality and family (hence the “enough is enough“ Wellington march - I was there) - She socially engineered NZ on a downhill slide to the point of her wicked declaration at Waitangi (I was there with Brian) she declared that NZ was no longer a Christian nation, but a secular one! On it went with Robertson, Hipkins and Jacinda, and now unfortunately with our current PM, it seems no better! (why doesn't he reform the outrageous abortion laws Jacinda brought in under the covering of covid? Why is he bowing down in temples and not acknowledging Christian celebrations ie Easter / Christmas?)
The cultural / spiritual ramifications of what is happening today with the “mass migration" from certain countries, I know most can’t see it now! But just as Brian warned NZ that the civil union bill that prompted the “enough is enough march” would lead to gay marriage (even though the gay community at the time said it wouldn’t!) He was right!
Having been with Brian on many occasions, he is totally non-violent, although I guess to foreigners the Haka can look pretty aggressive! But hey the All Blacks do it, even slit their throat and everyone cheers!
Sure, he says some radical things, things that I may not agree with either, but unfortunately, to get the attention today to warn New Zealanders of what is becoming a problem, and will only get worse, it seems that this is what it takes! If the Government was doing their job, it wouldn’t need to happen!
So is this about free speech? What he said recently should not have been said, although he is right that there is great persecution happening particularly in Northern India, Christians are being killed, churches are being burnt (I have reported on this myself). Obviously there should be no talk of this here, even if the intention is “how would they like it.” The talk of purging etc, I agree that was "not smart wording“ as we certainly do not want any unhinged person listening to do anything violent or stupid. We want to live in a peaceful country but also a country that continues in the Christian values, principles and culture that has made us a great country to live in.
Today, sadly it is true, “nice” people don’t change the world, radicals do, for both good or for bad! As we saw Jacinda, neither “nice nor kind“ but radical, ie in her evil abortion laws!
The pendulum has swung so far “left,” it is going to take someone like Brian to swing it back, who is brave and bold enough to speak up in no uncertain terms. As I reiterate some things are best not said for sure.
So is confiscating his hunting guns (remember he had been a responsible pig / deer hunter for decades), was it political or not - I betcha it is!
