BREAKING: Iran says the Trump administration has quietly sent new proposals through intermediaries for reaching a new peace deal while saying something completely different in public, with Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf saying "while Americans say one thing in the media, they have recently put forward proposals through intermediaries."

Iran says those new proposals from Trump are similar to previous ones and Tehran will not engage with them or with any further proposals.

Ghalibaf adds "the era of stalling for time and dictating unilateral demands is over," that "the Strait of Hormuz will not open until our seven conditions are met," and that Iran will meet the US and Israel with "new surprises" on the military front.

Trump publicly rejected Iran's proposal on September 26 and told his negotiating team a return to the memorandum of understanding is not possible.

BREAKING: Iran has now reportedly started launching anti-ship missiles targeting U.S. Navy escorted vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, with reports of explosions emerging from Qeshm Island, according to initial reports.

The latest reports come after Iran targeted at least three vessels yesterday, while the IRGC has warned it remains “with its finger on the trigger” and prepared to respond to further escalation.

BREAKING: Iran says it has developed "new weapons" the world has never seen, and will bring "new weapons with new capabilities into the battlefield, and the world will be surprised," adding that it will "change the geography of the war," per IRGC spokesman Mohebbi.

Iran adds it possesses strategic weapons developed during the war that "have not yet been deployed," describing them as strategic assets to be deployed when necessary.

It comes as Iran's triple-urgency bill to withdraw from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty now sits with the speaker of parliament, after being sent to the presiding board today, as lawmakers are calling for nuclear weapons tests "as soon as possible."
