Founded in 1970 by Faye Smith, the Black Awakening Choir is one of the oldest student organizations on the campus of VCU in Richmond, Virginia.

We are getting so close to our fall concert! Come check us out this Saturday at The Life Church RVA. We will also be collecting donated toys to give to the Children’s Hospital of Richmond. We look forward to seeing you there!
