Germany "Vows" a tough response after the Leipzig clashes. My honest read: for markets, that's noise.
Unrest headlines barely move the DAX or the euro. Energy costs and industrial orders do.
I'd rather sit through the noise than trade it.
CZ says he never said Binance would sell its SpaceX shares.
He brought it up as proof of funds. That's it.
Wild how one line gets retold as a sell-off.
Funds proof and an exit are very different things.
Anthropic's IPO has some clear winners.
Not the founders. The compute providers.
Every dollar of new AI infrastructure spend flows straight to them.
That's where the leverage sits.
Yi He says $6.3B now covers the stolen assets.
But $3B is still frozen and needs to come back.
Covered isn't the same as recovered.
One number closes the hole. The other is still sitting in limbo.
That gap is the whole story.
Coinbase plugging Solana into its main app is the right call.
Fewer steps, fewer bridges, less to screw up. People want to trade, not wrestle with wallets.
M&A and fundraising at cycle highs. Quiet part: big platforms eating the rails.
Circle at $81.71 and everyone's staring at the PCE print like it'll save the stock.
It won't. Crypto's soft right now, and CRCL trades with crypto more than with inflation headlines.
One number won't fix that.
Microsoft up 5% after hours. Not a mystery.
Revenue hit $92.28B, up 19% from a year ago, and EPS came in at $4.89 adjusted. Both beat.
Cloud growth is doing the heavy lifting. Watch next quarter's cloud margin.
Why is nobody asking why Keystone sat on buyer data months past its own 180-day rule?
19k devices destroyed, 25,964 records exposed, and an automated deletion tool quietly failed. Hardware wallets get hacked — ignoring your own policy is the real failure.
Mark is right about this, and there's a piece most people miss.
Body fat traps vitamin D. In a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, lean and obese adults got the exact same whole-body dose of UV light. The rise in blood vitamin D3 was 57% lower in the obese group, because the vitamin was being stored away in their fat tissue.
So the person who needs vitamin D the most often has the hardest time getting it. Take the supplement if you're low, get real sunshine, and fix the insulin problem that's packing on the fat in the first place. Cut the sugar and starch, and eat meat, eggs and fish. I've covered how much vitamin D to take in my videos (see below).
If body fat hides vitamin D, shouldn't every weight loss plan start with a vitamin D level?
Study and my videos below...
My father, co-founder @PeoplesReserve, mentor, and best friend lost his fight with cancer this week.
Kelly was a bitcoiner and a patriot.
When I first told him about bitcoin as engineered money and its potential to become the most pristine form of collateral, the world was laughing.
But he listened, learned, liquidated, and self directed everything into Bitcoin.
He was ALL IN for We The People.
AND he was ALL IN for me. I wouldnt be who I am today if it wasn't for him.
I thought I was going to be angry if I lost him BUT the Lord has given me a peace that passes understanding...
I know where he is & I'll see him again.
I'm more motivated than I've ever been. I want to make him proud.
Watch what happens next.
Thank you to everyone who has prayed for my family, the Lord has answered your prayers. May His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Rest in Peace Dad 🍊✌️🧡
Eating blueberries improves vascular function.
One cup per day is effective, but half a cup does not not produce the same benefit.
Adults with metabolic syndrome that ate one cup rather than only a half-cup or matched placebo improved flow-mediated dilation (FMD) by about 1.5 percentage points in a six-month randomized trial.
FMD measures how effectively an artery widens when blood flow increases, essentially a "stress test" for the endothelium. It's relevant because studies have shown it is a strong predictor of future cardiovascular disease events.
The one-cup dose is consistent with other studies showing cardiovascular, metabolic, and brain-health benefits of blueberries.
Beetroot juice may offer a small boost in aerobic capacity (VO₂ max), particularly for recreational exercisers.
A benefit in highly trained athletes isn't clearly demonstrated.
Oral bacteria convert beetroot’s nitrate into nitrite, which your body can then convert into nitric oxide. This molecule relaxes blood vessels and may help deliver more oxygen to working muscles.
This biology interests me beyond fitness. Years ago, I gave my mother beet extract powder after she was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Two weeks later, her blood pressure measured normal. My mother-in-law had a similar experience!
Using beetroot juice for exercise was something I started considering after interviewing @DrAndyGalpin on the podcast! I can attest to its effects after using it multiple times before a hard workout.
