1. Basic Customer Service Skills
2. Giving directions on which rail there train is coming through
3. How to request to confirm tickets
4. Not alighting from the train at each station.

@KenyaRailways_ The Current Syokimau to Town DMU Engines are good though not well utilized. Will the same engines be acquired for the long Nairobi - Kisumu route?
