@EAHelp Hi, I recently purchased Fifa 20 ultimate edition for ps4 under the gamertag MisterNoDaysOff . With it I was supposed to receive 10 rare gold packs. I have not yet received them and I would like this corrected. Thank You.

@EAHelp The description does not describe any qualifications on the packs. Furthermore, the fact that this version still remained more expensive than the Champions version and the base version demonstrates that I should be receiving the listed additional value, which I have not.

@EAHelp I am unsatisfied with that explanation. At the time I made the purchase on the PSN store, it was represented that I would receive 10 rare gold packs. I was looking for a new ultimate team mode to play and would not have made the purchase but for the clear offer of 10 free packs.
