NYT: Iran’s leader Khamenei, through adviser Ali Larijani, urged Hezbollah to accept a ceasefire under Resolution 1701, withdraw beyond the Litani River, and assured continued support to help it recover from recent heavy losses.

I guess the Hezbollah ‘winning’ isn’t too great.
