How the hell do you explain this retrogression @USCIS ? You gave GC to 2014 priority date folks leaving 2012 in limbo? There was no order to your processing in 2021 and you continued down the same path in 2022? Please resign from your positions.

Its all out of order processing @USCIS . Folks who got transferred from NSC in May are still waiting while July transfers are getting adjudicated. How can it be so random at every stage? @doug_rand @USCISDirector

@doug_rand @USCISDirector You asked us not to refile. How is it fair that new applicants (filed in April-Jun 2022) are granted GC while Oct 2020 applications are stuck in LIN ? This is with the risk that USCIS will run out of visa numbers soon. Is there any meaning for PD and RD?

@USCIS @USCISDirector Congratulations! Hopefully your focus is on EB adjudication in right order. We see NSC is lagging behind yes NBC is adjudicating petitions received one year later than those at NSC. Don’t leave downgrade cases behind. Don’t punish us for following your guidelines @doug_rand

@focusperiment @rasik_sheth @doug_rand Exactly. We are getting punished for following @USCIS guidelines. @doug_rand I think this centralized location for transfer of underlying basis was under your guidance and it has resulted in more frustration than anything. I wish I had refiled or SUED USCIS !

@doug_rand @USCIS This whacky out of order processing is going to cause lawsuits on Oct 1, 2022. You are putting later received cases in front of cases that you received 21 months ago. You are not honoring received date, priority date nothing. What kind of sorting order you have?

@USCIS how are you determining which NSC cases to transfer to SCOPS? Cases around me have been transferred yet my case remains untouched. What gives? @doug_rand @USCISDirector @BradBanias anyone knows how the blackbox of USCIS works? Is lawsuit the new premium processing?

@BradBanias @USCIS It’s baffling that they don’t have a handle on it. NSC is transferring cases like a random number generator. They don’t respond to congressman, ombudsman or anyone it seems. @USCISDirector you need to have more accountability. You are literally playing with immigrants lives.
