@RailwaySeva Thanks to @RailMinIndia I got revised bill. But not happy with quality and randomly charging passengers with substandard quality food. As U can see they didn't even follow the guidelines. Pls ask him not to bother passanger anymore. Even they asked mento come aside but I refused.

@RailwaySeva @IRCTCofficial Please send security people as bunch of guys talking too loudly and also playing music on loud speaker. Train number 20932, coach number S-2. The boys sitting at 26, 27, 28 and opposite seats creating ruckus. Someone was vaping too. Please check.

@RailwaySeva Make sure the canteen contractor and the manager must explain in writing why they are keep on doing such malpractices. This is corruption everyday happening in the trains. When aware citizen raise their voice, they just try to shut with loud noises.

This is the standard veg food we get in railway. Curd, Napkin and pickle are not given. They are charging 120 for veg, 140 for Egg thali! This is loot!

Later on when I refused to pay on the moral ground the manager started talking like he's doing favour. He also threatened me to kicked me out of train too!

On the top of that when I went to pantry they misbehaved with me. Pls check the video footage if available. I felt threatened.

As per standard the price for Veg thali should be Rs. 80 while Egg thali should be Rs. 90. These people are scamming railway. Make them answerable for such unethical practices.

When I ask for commercial circular of railway, the manager said he can't provide his companies document.

This is document in public sphere. Take strict action against manager who is irresponsible and extremely insensitive.

The manager also took my Identity card and kept it with him instead giving me back. I able to get it back with intervention of Ticket checker I guess.

Why people have to pay extra for substandard quality sevices? Please take notice of this and make them answerable.

It's such waste of railway assets that needy passenger like me left stranded despite having facility here. Please clarify so I can do other arrangement in case nothing can be done. I need only for 12 hour

Sadly irctc doesn't allow online retiring room booking for waitlist ticket. I talked to responsible people at Bettiah Station
and they said they can't take offline booking. My PNR is 8700200917. Pls help.
