@Noodle_Ni I'd say he's a player that needs trust and man-management. I see a similar trend w players like Shaw, where if the player isn't the sort of Drogba-esque fiery, self-motivated character, Mou can't get through to them. I don't want Utd to lose world class players bc Mou can't adapt
