@SouthwestAir these flights are really getting heated - lots of yelling at the flight attendants by passengers sitting up front with no bin space. This is my 6th flight since the assigned seating and there’s way too much tension on these flights. Poor FA up front on WN1874 oak

@AllenKessler @SouthwestAir It’s a total shit show! I’m on my second flight of this new system and the issue is bin space - people up front that pay for extra legroom are getting hosed and having to put their bags way behind them. It’s a disaster and everyone is pissed

@SouthwestAir I think if you pay for extra legroom seats or get those seats because of status, that those bins should be labeled as reserved - like Delta first class or extra comfort is.

@SouthwestAir the first rows are a huge cluster with regards to overhead space. I’m in row 4 and several people in rows 1-3 are putting their bags above my row and behind me. Not sure if pre-boarders are putting bags in early or what, but this is going to make deplaning a mess!
