I hope that what people take from the thread is that not all CPG's are made equal, but maybe they should be? JOSPT just published those LBP guidelines, I'm sure ACP and NICE are going to publish in the coming years. I think WHO is going to publish their own too. 1/n

Present with extension block and limited bending with back pain . Diagnosed as degenerative scoliosis with lateral lithesis
This cronal cut shows the osteophytes and bone formation and how it contribute to movement limitation
