i have recently purchased the Oraimo Electric toothbrush (OPC-ET1C) from @amazonIN on March 10.

After a few days on April 5th the vibration motor had stopped working! (Part 1)

(Part 2) on the same day i reached out to the customer care via email and with video proof (attached), reached out to them via call as well, After multiple followups with them over mail and call, they got my unit submitted to the Lajpat Nagar carl care service centre.
