At GuruDhronacharya Metro today around 01:30pm a male staff named Shivam who incorrectly deducted money from my metro card even after I explained him that I was not able to enter with my card and I have QR for the evidence as I took entry exit from QR and not card @OfficialDMRC

He was aggressive yelled at me nd told me that he'll deduct money. He did not listen or understand my query I tried to show him the QR ticket and he suggested that I should not travel via metro and should hv QR only He discriminated because of my attire and showed racial remark
