⠀⠀❋ If the tickets are sold out in SM True MEMBERSHIP round, the General Sale will not be opened. SM True will notify about the General Sale within Sunday 9 July 2023.

🔴 Ticket Purchase Condition

1. SM True MEMBERSHIP round (Thai Citizen Only) :
⠀
⠀⠀1) Only 1 ticket is allowed per 1 membership ID per round.
⠀
⠀⠀2) The name-surname of the SM True MEMBERSHIP will be printed on the show ticket.
⠀
⠀⠀3) SM True reserves the right to allow only SM True MEMBERSHIP whose name on the SM True MEMBERSHIP E-card, ID card and Plastic Ticket are the same attending the show.

⠀⠀4) Only SM True MEMBERSHIP who have verified and completed their status between 2 July 2022 and 30 June 2023 are allowed to purchase a ticket in SM True MEMBERSHIP round of EXO-SC BACK TO BACK FANCON IN BANGKOK.
⠀⠀
⠀⠀5) SM True MEMBERSHIP is not allowed to transfer, sell or give their rights to other members or non-members in any cases. Those actions will cause the termination of SM True MEMBERSHIP without a refund, tickets cancellation without a refund and permanent ban from any activities held by SM True.

⠀⠀6) SM True reserves the right to make the final decision.
⠀⠀
2. For General Sale round : a maximum of 4 tickets is allowed per 1 ID card number.

1. Audiences must wear a face mask at all times during the show.

2. SM True reserves the right to give priority to SM True MEMBERSHIP to purchase the tickets in any rounds, zones, price categories.

3. Tickets associated with overdue payment from SM True MEMBERSHIP will be returned to the system for General Sale.

4. If the tickets are sold out in SM True MEMBERSHIP round, the General Sale will not be opened.

5. Please be aware of the scammers claiming to be a staff, or unofficial ticket booking and selling, etc.

6. SM True does not support the act of reselling tickets for a higher price. We reserve the right to permanently ban the resellers ID card number in our system without prior notice.

⠀⠀- All 6,500 ticket purchasers will be able to attend the SEND OFF event of ‘EXO-SC'.

⠀⠀- Location and time of redemption will be announced later.
⠀⠀
2. PRESS CONFERENCE [50 privileges per show, totaling 100 privileges]
⠀⠀
⠀⠀- 50 lucky winners per show, totaling 100 lucky winners will be randomly selected from the 6,500 and 5,200 baht ticket price to attend the PRESS CONFERENCE of ‘EXO-SC’ which will be held on Saturday, 5 August 2023.

⠀⠀- Location and time of redemption will be announced later.

3. SIGNED POSTER [200 privileges per show, totaling 400 privileges]
⠀⠀
⠀⠀- 200 lucky winners per show, totaling 400 lucky winners will be randomly selected from the 6,500, 5,200, 4,800 and 4,200 baht ticket price to receive an INDIVIDUAL MEMBER SIGNED POSTER of ‘EXO-SC’.

4. OFFICIAL POSTER [ALL]
⠀⠀
⠀⠀- All ticket purchasers will receive an OFFICIAL POSTER of EXO-SC BACK TO BACK FANCON IN BANGKOK.

1. Fan Benefits will be provided exclusively to ticket purchasers of EXO-SC BACK TO BACK FANCON IN BANGKOK who purchase a ticket from July 7 to July 30, 2023 (until 11:59 p.m.) only.

2. The announcement of lucky winners and the redemption details for fan benefits will be announced on July 31, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. through SM True's official social media accounts: Facebook (https://t.co/2xGxJUrlMD), Twitter (https://t.co/inF1QSZgGC) and Instagram (https://t.co/laMNRDuhkq).
