PNR is 8124583960! Please look into this issue as I have a reserved ticket also how can someone sleep in this!! This is not acceptable after paying for the confirmed ticket and getting this!

I am traveling from Ahmedabad to Jalgaon in 22138 Prerna exp and is alloted a Side Upper seat in S2 80! I have a cabin in my seat which is a bit uncomfortable as I am healthy also there is no ventilation! What's the use of such cabin in sleeper coach!
