@JonnyDrury_Star Wish him well. Still remember his press conference after his last match v Leicester (a) when we fully deserved to win. He was so positive about the support and aware of his own situation. He will learn and become a better manager.
@DyffrynBanw fabulous entertainment tonight. Not often a goalkeeper is Man of the Match in a 5-5 draw but he was tonight. The Banw keeper was simply outstanding!
Very disappointing that a club with more than one team and a first team playing in the top half of the St Piran Premier couldn’t field a side to fulfil a first team league fixture v Foxhole Stars on Tuesday night. @LooeSharks@Cornishfootball
@spencermorgan93 Feel pretty sure you won’t see it this way if you do win today. Hope you do it, though - tired of City winning it and want to see a side succeed at this level without an elite striker. Rice and Saliba deserve to get in any world side, including PSG by the way.
@DanielHewittITV Great piece. If we’re honest, this has been coming a long time. Corberan arrested the decline, but we either overpay for mediocre players (Grant, Diangana) or pay extortionate wages to players at the end of their careers (Wallace, Swift). We sell any player who is good enough.
@leboufdebrief Great vid - you remain the heartbeat of the club. Meanwhile, we overpay limited players at the end of their careers and have to keep them because nobody else can afford their inflated wages. They aren’t motivated because they have nothing to lose: their careers are behind them.
@JoshBland13 Yes, hard not to question the mentality. I just think they have got used to failing. For me, they don’t ‘want’ it enough because they don’t think they can win. They are like kids who would rather not take the exam than risk failing it.
@leboufdebrief Like you, I share the temptation to call them out, but no manager who picks a bad team gets a free pass by blaming the players afterwards. If Mozza didn’t know these players better than that, he hasn’t been doing his job properly for a long time.
@Jase_onfooty68 A reminder of days we had players who had enough of a sense of humour to make their own fanzine and take the piss out of each other instead of hiding from the fans. Where has that shared love of the club gone? #WBA@TheLiquidatorP1@leboufdebrief@AndyfromNewHamp
