@AskAIB hi , I have been charged 32 euro , upon calling AIB customer desk , they said I owed money to AIB but it doesn’t show up on my statement , or my transactions ! I just want details as to why this has been deducted !

@AskAIB I got a call today in the morning to say about a transaction ( the amount exact )and to transfer funds from my savings to my current , AIB grafton street number so not sure if genuine ! I Immediately cut thé call ! How do I know it’s AIB calling and not a fraudster?
