dear @bstategames the throat accuracy needs to be fixed. I was just wearing an altyn, with a shadow mask, along with a zabralo. even with all this gear one of Kollontay's guard was able to pre fire my peak with 1 bullet of t-45m1 instantly killing me. fix this shit

@JagexSupport Of course it always comes down to the persons error and not jagex terrible security system. I use a random password gen of 25 characters and reverse the order. It still doesn’t change the fact they get around my auth AND put the account on a new registered email.

@JagexSupport explain to me how i can have every single authentication process that you all offer and my account STILL gets stolen? explain how someone can log in and get passed my auth code app, be able to change the email associated with my account and give me a fresh lvl3

i went through all the process to try and get it back but apparently after i try to get MY account back, im locked out of it for trying too many times? this is bullshit. something needs to be done to fix this.

@JagexSupport in replace of my 1750 total level account with roughly 600m worth of equipment and gear on it, log in from who tf knows where, ALL WHILE YALL DONT HAVE A CLUE. im gone for 2 weeks. and in that time someone stole YEARS of progress. you would think for a BILLION dollar company

@JagexSupport But the temp ban was appealed and accepted but it was after the person who stole and bottled the account appealed. It wasn’t even me and there’s nothing that can be done?

@JagexSupport went away for work for a few months, come back and my account was hacked and botted. they were given a temp and a perm ban, they appealed perm and got denied, i appeals temp and got accept but still banned. anything i can do? really want my account back
