It’s about that time to for 2024-2025 BMS cheer tryouts! If you are interested in becoming a Baines cheerleader you and your parent / guardian will need to be present at our interesting meeting on February 27th at 6:15 in the BMS library!

BMS cheer had the fantastic opportunity to perform for the Sugar Land Space Cowboys today! They did absolutely amazing✨

BMS cheer ended NCA camp with a BANG!🤩 we earned 2 superior ribbons for our chant and band chant, 1st place top team chant, 1st place top team band chant, the stunt S.A.F.E. award, a spirit stick, 3 cheerleaders were named all Americans, and a bid to NCA nationals!!!

BMS cheer ended day 2 of NCA camp with… 🥁 a spirit stick, a superior ribbon, and the herkie team award!!! These girls have grown so much these last 2 days of camp and we can’t wait to see what day 3 holds for us🤩📣

Day one of NCA camp is officially done! These girls worked insanely hard today and it shows because we ended day one with…🥁 A SPIRIT STICK!!!

Cheer practice #1 & 2 are in the books! These girls have spent the last two practices working on some basics to prepare for NCA camp. We’re ready for lots of fun and lots of learning next week at camp!📣🤩

If your student is interested in trying out for the 23-24 cheer team, please make plans to come to the interest meeting on 2/13 at 6pm in the BMS commons.

WHAT A DAY! Between greeting students as they arrived, our AMAZING pep rally, to our neighborhood rivalry game, Longhorn Cheer has been BUSY! Excited to finish out hoco week strong!

Had an awesome time cheering on the 7th grade B team yesterday! They pulled off a great win against Dulles. We also had our first game with the new Pep Squad! Very excited for the things happening at the Ranch! Go Longhorns!
