@Villafanmike@sam_bishop@AVFCOfficial@NUFC Brentford and dare I say it Arsenal who try and do things correctly that clubs who get a sugar daddy can just blow them out of the water. That's exactly what we've had with City and Chelsea. That's not fair for football. In fact it's destroyed football
@Villafanmike@sam_bishop@AVFCOfficial@NUFC I'm sorry mate you're all talking like you've just started a club and have been hit with restrictions from the blue. Everyone has had the same rules for over 10years now. They wasn't dropped on our doorstep last week. I don't think it's fair to clubs like Spurs, Brighton,
@Villafanmike@sam_bishop@AVFCOfficial@NUFC Every team DID have the same choices and opportunities. Spurs have been building this for 20+ years. #AVFC, #NUFC or anyone else have had the same time to build something and not wait for a sugar daddy. If you both didn't have those owners you would have a different perspective
@talkSPORT Tbf to Gabby that last comment was actually quite funny. Don't worry mate we'll be back into Europe soon unfortunately we've had to take a year off ๐
@JohnHall1985@ga11agbon So let me get this right Gabby wants his owners to be able to spend whatever they wants thus getting players ahead of other clubs because they can spend more money but because spurs are already doing what he wants Villa to do he's not happy?? That doesn't add up Gabby
@JonnySutts I never understood why spurs fans used to moan about the stadium. We always knew, because of the stadium if someone came willing to release the leash we would be in a fantastic position. Spurs fans that moaned about the concerts and F1 track can get in the bin.
@RudolphN17 At WHL in our last season, Challenging for the league etc. Yes I know we didn't quite get over the line, but people go on like it was a constant relegation battle. Hopefully now we're in a position to really kick on and challenge the oil money and the other top sides. COYS
@RudolphN17 This narrative that we've suffered for 20+ years makes me laugh. Yes last season, now that was suffering, but the rest there have been lots of good in those years. Getting back into Europe under Jol, champions league nights away in Madrid, Barcelona, Milan etc going unbeaten at
@carlos_198323@agbnufc_ I see fans of every club getting upset by what is or isn't being done in the transfer window. It's not even been open a week. Imo always best to wait until it's closed then you have a fairer idea of what the club are trying to do. Lots of false bs floating around at this time
@carlos_198323@agbnufc_ 17th is terrible I totally agree, but everything is set in place for us to try and do something. What that looks like we will only know at the end of the season. Still don't understand how you describe us as a Shan because of two bad league finishes. Actually a very well run club
@carlos_198323@agbnufc_ Shan of a club ๐ค. You would absolutely swap your last 100 years with us. If you believe we are a Shan you must be very disappointed in your club and what they have achieved over the years! Unless I've misunderstood the word Shan
@12_AVFC They've signed three players totalling 52m. That's the facts. Getting upset about something that hasn't happened and may not happen doesn't make sense. Riled by rumours
@GarySmithJnr@Sjopinion10 But they've done everything the right way and have made sacrifices over the years to be in the position they are in now. Maybe Villa and Newcastle should stop looking for a quick fix and build long term. Maybe that's too hard. City/Chelsea the only ones who won the lottery
@GarySmithJnr@Sjopinion10 So you can only become a millionaire if you win the lottery ๐ค. No point starting a business, working hard and setting goals because it can never happen. Just keep buying a lottery ticket and hope for the best ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ. What a load of nonsense. Spurs always get dragged into this
