Have to give credit where it's due. @ATT came out yesterday to fix my broken fiber cable & the tech removed the fiber to ethernet connector/box while he was troubleshooting our speed issues. It is so much faster and more stable now.

Why is there such a delta between Google Reviews and Yelp? Google ratings seem to be consistently higher. Do younger people have lower or more realistic expectations? Do boomers prefer Yelp to air grievances?

Message from AT&T said I can get upgraded modem at no charge. None of the site links worked, so I called. Told I'd have it on Weds. No show. Called today. Order was canceled. And there's no upgraded modem unless I go to 2GB service. So you just lied about it & canceled the order?
