In 2018, I was in between jobs and in a very difficult season of my life. I had recently moved into my first apartment in Surulere. After few months I wasn't sure if it was a wise decision moving out of my family house

It was in the midst of this challenging time that @pastorpoju started a series - "The Subject of Crisis and Change - 6 Steps in Handling Emergency". This series changed my life

Everyday I would pace around my empty new house making bold confessions about my career, finances and my future. I held unto specific words God told me and switched into gratitude. At the 10th month, God opened a great door in my career which would now become the launchpad to where I am now

In this Skit, I tried to achieve these

1. Mimicking DJPOPE's voice and gesticulations

2. Dressing like him in 2018 (If you know, you know)

3. Teaching briefly on the two principles (steps) he taught in that message

4. Ending with announcement like he normally does with most Sunday services

I woke up with my husband on Saturday

When it was time to pray, we had this explosive prayer and devotion time

It was so powerful we didn’t want to stop

Usually our prayer time is awesome but this one hit different

And then I remembered.

The Night before, we were watching short clips of anointed minsters sharing the word

We watched that untill we slept off

And so the next morning, it was like someone lit a match around petrol.

There was such an outburst of spiritual energy

Dear child of God,

If there is one secret I can share with you as to how I’ve been able to keep fired up in this crazy world,

It’s by making sure my environment is always full of “spiritual stuff”

Powerful worship in the background somewhere

Spirit loaded messages blasting in betweeen my day

Following pages that always share inspiration notes and quotes

This was my way as a single lady

Back then in school, my headphones constantly on, I would listened to volumes and volumes of messages and inspired word

And I’m so glad I carried this into marriage too because it works wonders

Your spiritual health is directly proportional to your spiritual diet?

What do you feed on???

What do you look at??

What do you listen to??

This things is not magic

If you don’t give yourself to the things of God, God cannot give Himself to you

If you’re not listening out for Him, you’ll never hear Him speak

You can’t eat Junk and be healthy

God is not partial

God is not choosing to walk with others and leaving you out

The Holy Spirit hears....on Sunday I made my first money through hair making that I hurriedly learnt before moving to the UK..like play like play my client said I was going to do a simple style because she didn't have time to sit for long....all of a sudden she shows me a style that I hadn't done before....but I didn't want to fumble ..I said OK ill do it though its my first time...
Na so I start oo... suddenly sweating inside cold😆..I no fit check YouTube for tips because I'm supposed to be a stylist.. after trying and trying... I silently prayed..Holy Spirit, please put me through ..and that was it...smooth!!! The hair came out nice and got paid more than I expected...I felt soooo good and grateful.
