@mdhiggs@DeniseMiller76 It's by my latest experience that most have permanent "B" contracts within 3 years (district decides who gets these based on reviews and their need). Before this, they would have had year-long "D" contracts. All of our Ds from this year are hired for Sept.

I was sorry to hear of Mr. Irving’s passing this morning. It was a long life, fully and well lived, and until immortality is on the table for any of us there is much to celebrate in that. I have a story to share from one small part of his life that I got to observe. 🧵
