There is no correct resolution but different support resource calling and telling same resolution again and again so that i will give up and agree to close the ticket.
One of the worst call center I have seen.

Common guys this is not way you shd work.If u cant handle close your office.When I called 2 customer care.Agt- Khusbu says no senior person present 2 transfer d call & her way of reply was horrible.
