We are delighted to announce that we have successfully secured £15,488.00 in funding from Creative Breaks funding programme of the Short Breaks Fund, operated by Shared Care Scotland on behalf of the Scottish Government to provide Activity based befriending and respite care to support Carers of individuals living with dementia.
