Thrilled to share that over the past few months, I’ve had the opportunity to work on the online RL component behind @MistralAI's latest state-of-the-art System 2 VLM for robotic navigation, launching today.
It’s been exciting to help push the frontier of vision-language robotics, and I can’t wait to see what the opportunities this amazing model will unlock.
Congratulations to everyone involved in making this happen!

Ever wish your brain had a delete button for embarrassing memories?
This week on Let's Ask the Researcher, our in-house researcher @DuncanStothers tackles a fascinating question from @BalbirSA97.
What have you always wanted to know about memory, the brain, or AI? Ask below, you might inspire our next episode.

@Hosalikar_KS Sir, I have an urgent query regarding your rainfall advisory. I have a location-specific concern and would be grateful if you could please follow me briefly so I can send you a DM. Thank you
I have always believed in @GallanMukao for her ability to communicate complex ideas without losing their nuance. From climate to now, helping tell Engramme's story of building AI to augment human memory, she continues to do it brilliantly. Give @EngrammeHQ a follow. :))
@MaxMulluh@rishika_mukherj@nitin_bathla@OrenYiftachel@asmamehan@hashiyaarai Hi Dr Ahmad, thanks for sharing the workshop CFP. I only came across it recently and have written to you and others. reg the possibility of attending. The themes resonate strongly with my PhD work. Hoping to learn from the conversations, if possible.
To travel all the way to Vietnam and then sing a Hindutva pop songs which threaten to eliminate “enemies” of Hindus, what does that say of these people? #HPop
@devellix We should perhaps ask how global tourism itself might need to unlearn the assumption that one set of spatial norms is universal, and instead think more seriously about what happens when different cultures of public life encounter one another in shared spaces.
@devellix People enter global tourism through uneven social and urban trajectories. None of this justifies imposing on others. But it does suggest that civic sense is an insufficient explanation. (Contd.)
@devellix not sure if this case is on the same side of the curve you are coming from, an outlier still - sure. What you are arguing for is not short of disciplining the mind and body for recreation, why?
