#LGapprefrigerator ended up buying a Samsung to replace the ~2.5yr LG $300 trashed food, $275+ ice, 170 mini refrigerator, ~800 extra for the new unit+1200 lost on the old agony pain etc. cost? $2745 expense.. Kudos to LG.
#LGapprefrigerator - #1 Baffles me that why the ~13% (avg) or so 1 or 2 star raters on product reviews are never addressed such that they gain confidence back in the brand product and follow up support- mostly no fixes improvements in the service level etc. are ever made-
#6 ~ 24 days of no refrigerator and ~200 plus spent on ice - high time we replace the appliance —will the next similar incident be better handled post AAR of the events by support folks?? highly unlikely why because who cares if majority buyers r satisfied
#5 corp tech leaves displaying no accountability doesn’t do anything except pull/push the unit out/in and dent the wooden floor. Customer left baffled- 3rd escalation proceeds to document everything and says teams are working on a solution.
#4 customer escalates - 3 channels -contracted tech - escalates for part promises tracking - blames repair tech for closing the ticket. 2nd channel sends in a corp tech who is surprised seeing the unit down says escalate to the contractor report to BBB
#3 post installing the part determine the unit needs to shutdown as another part needs replaced- the unit remains shutdown while the part is in ordering mode and the tech unreachable zero tracking/updates/reply to text msg/ phone msg box is full..escalate?
#2 esp. non US companies with stock not trading on US stock exch. zero or less accountability. Afford to send an contacted repair tech to determine the fix at the first visit without making checks- order a part and then to comeback install the same…
