This wasn't a forced release. Under Section 170 BNSS, a preventive arrest can't extend beyond 24 hours, and under Section 126 a magistrate can release a person on a bond to keep the peace. Abhijeet Dipke, Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das were produced, executed the bond and were released. Standard procedure, nothing more.
