The person I spoke with insisted I had to visit a customer care center in the UK. @9mobileng @9mobilengCare I contacted the center here and was informed it cannot be done as I already have my NIN and it could only be done for people without NIN. The customer service rep I spoke
@9mobileng @9mobilengCare Could you please explain why I’ve been getting messages about my line being blocked on the 28th of February when my NIN was originally registered on the number.
2. I am currently out of the country and when I called the customer care line,
