Hi @Tesco - bought wine for weekend, 2 bottles (same batch) both off. Resealed / returned store told cannot return alcohol - how do you know it’s bad without opening it 🤷‍♂️ Told to contact vineyard? Is this a joke.. happened once Morrisons quibble free swap - is this your policy?
