@ceasterlingABJ@ByNateUlrich@beaconjournal Remember how at the end of what turned out to be Joe Thomas’ final play, on the ground, seemed like half the Steelers came to him. Absolute class. We fans say what we say, but players can and do show a ton of respect for each other.
@ronsterd89 Check out Julie Newmar on the short lived but hilarious and highly prophetic My Living Doll (CBS).Think of a computerized woman who does what you tell her to do. Sorta like Captain Kirk’s “flip phone.” My Living Doll was the brainchild of My Favorite Martian creator Jack Chertok.
@SeizeTheNae See? I'm a politican!! I answered your question yes and no!! As it says in Stairway to Heaven, "you know sometimes words have two meanings."
@SeizeTheNae Good question. Some of the early songs were full scale rock songs, but who was the actual leader, don't know. In the 69s, the name Goffin -King was up there with jagger Richards, Lennon McCartney, Dozier Holland, etc. Her solo stuff had backup, so that, I guess, yes.
So Browns fans, what if in 1969 the Browns beat Batimore and go to Superbowl 3 and not heavily favored Baltimore, but the Browns are remembered as the team that suffered the greatest upset in NFL history to Joe and the Jets? Would you think, "ok, they at least did make a Bowl?
@ksorbs Tv, movies, politics, pro wrestling all need bad guys. Writers search for them. If there were no Joker, who would watch Batman? If there were no Luthor, who would watch Superman? Like BillyPreston said, let the bad guy win every once in awhile.
