Two 1000ltr IBC's will be left in Whitewater Estuary until we regularise the water supply. The tanks will be refreshed every couple of days. This will provide a backup water source for customers.
There will be a one on each IBC detailing how this water is to be used.
The New Ross Standard have contacted us in regards to the on going water issues in Ballyhack and surrounding areas, would anyone be willing to talk to them? If so can you message this page.

Update from New Ross Co Co:
Water will go off in the next hour. Will be back at circa 17:00hrs. They are thinking of arranging night shut off circa 23:00 - 05:00hrs until we improve supply. Works planned this week.

Water will be off for a few hours to let Reservoir fill.
As the works are ongoing:
Best option is probably to turn water off for 3 to 4 hours during day.
From 12:00 to 16:00 every day.
Works are planned next week and we can review then.

New Ross Co Co have been in contact, they are working on the water, they are going to have an alternative water supply at White Water Eastury, they were also in contact with Irish Water and giving them updates, however that information isn't filtering down to customer care.

We are on a reduced flow at the moment, Irish Water are doing a leak check, there's no indication of when we will have the water back. They are trying to arrange for a water tanker.
