@elonmusk @t_blom If it could learn that I park on the 4th level of a deck at L2 chargers that are not in a map, and not try to turn right on L1 (wrong way- incoming) that would be huge. It already tries to go in the direction of where I park and charge but it doesn't understand Z axis variation

@JowuaLife The @Jouwalife charger doesn't work and their customer service is awful. They won't even ship you a replacement unit, after you prove that it's truly defective. You have to wait for them to ship a part and fix it yourself. Do yourself a favor and buy anyone else's product.

Please can anyone provide actual assistance at Tesla and not blow smoke or gaslight? My MYP has been "in production" for 14 days now, no updates. Staff says it was ready for a carrier last week on 12/6 but as of 12/13 it back "in production". Please?!

What is going on with Model Y Perf. orders?! I lost my VIN and got a new one on 12/4. It's 12/16 and still in production with no ETA. My VIN is 15k lower than cars rolling off the line today going straight to transit. Have a rental now b/c. No answers

@Tesla @r_jegaa what is the production hiccup/delay on the 2026 Model Y Performance? Will you honor trade-in values that are now going to be expired, or over miles? Already lost decent financing rate due to expiration. I've got a 12/4 EDD, but no VIN. 😔
