Reducing the seat-leaving penalty can significantly reduce suicides among PGs. It allows an easier exit for those who want to leave, instead of pushing them toward drastic steps. If HODs want their PGs to stay, they’ll have to create a better, healthier environment.

1.Used Anki flashcards for spaced repetition and Active recall(made my own cards and used some pre-made decks which suit my source ) -This Method has its own challenges .we need to dedicate lot of time and efforts .
Last But not least .
I made sure to take care of my health. .
Tiny consistent habits like Pushups and Pull-ups.Taking stairs instead of lift .Healthy Body ,Healthy Mind .
What I learnt late - every exam, be it neet PG INICET we will have a lot of questions which you wouldn't be sure about. Therefore it's necessary to develop a question solving /guessing skill. Practice random questions daily.
