@MTA when reporting service changes can you please just draw a map instead of posting a wall of text relying on line ending stations most people have never heard of?
@Zipcar You cancelled my reservation and didn't even bother to tell me. Then you sent me across town, shlepping my luggage, baby, and car seat, to another car that also was not there! By the time I got a car you'd wasted half my day. Make this right. Pay for the rental.
